1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• The return request must be made within 7–14 days of delivery (you can adjust this timeframe)
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Certain items such as clearance products, used items, or personal care goods may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Perishable goods
• Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Items marked as “final sale”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at support@asracore.com with your order details
2. Wait for return approval and instructions
3. Ship the item back to the provided address

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
• We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company or bank
• If the issue persists, contact us for assistance

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, standard return policies will apply.
